Overview
All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started, unless required by law or outlined below. Payments via Stripe or Shopify billing.

14-Day Free Trial
No fees during trial. If not cancelled before the trial ends, the selected plan begins automatically. Merchants are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends.

Billing
- Monthly – charged every 30 days, auto-renewed
- Annual – charged once per year at a reduced rate, non-refundable

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted for: duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or technical malfunction. Requests within 14 days of charge. Approved refunds within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable
- Change of mind or low usage
- Dissatisfaction with business results
- Failure to cancel before trial ends
