DerFit provides a sizing and measurement software for Shopify merchants and a size recommendation system. Recommendations are predictive estimates and do not constitute guarantees.
Payments are processed via Stripe or Shopify billing. Pricing updates require at least 30 days prior notice.
All content, software, algorithms, and branding are the intellectual property of DerFit UG. Users may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, resell, or distribute any part of the service.
Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
German law applies. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin.
