DerFit provides a sizing and measurement software for Shopify merchants and a size recommendation system. Recommendations are predictive estimates and do not constitute guarantees.
Payments are processed via Stripe or Shopify billing. Pricing updates require at least 30 days prior notice.
All content, software, algorithms, and branding are the intellectual property of DerFit UG. Users may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, resell, or distribute any part of the service.
Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Size recommendations provided by DerFit are based on customer-submitted measurements and merchant-defined sizing rules. DerFit does not guarantee the accuracy of any recommendation. Actual fit may vary depending on garment construction, fabric, and individual preference.
DerFit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses — including return costs, lost revenue, or customer dissatisfaction — arising from size recommendations made through the platform.
The merchant assumes full responsibility for defining and maintaining accurate sizing rules within the platform. Recommendations are predictive suggestions only and do not constitute a guarantee of fit, satisfaction, or commercial outcome.
German law applies. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin.
